The Canadian Council of Churches (in French: ''Conseil canadien des Églises'') is the largest ecumenical body in Canada, representing 25 churches of Anglican, Evangelical, Free Church, Eastern Orthodox and Oriental Orthodox, Protestant, and Eastern Catholic traditions. It was founded on September 27, 1944, and its president is the Rev.
